Tim Dickerson: Hope is the joyous anticipation of God and good striking through into your situation/circumstance. Perhaps its actually joy that creates the context for the content of God and good to have real power in you. Context is what gives content power. How you rest in the promise of victory will determine your level of peace and joy, today and in the future. 

Gary Hopkins: If your soul were to be interviewed, what would your soul say about the way he is treated by you? Would your soul declare that he feels protected and safe? Would your soul say, "I am prospering in every area!"? Or...would he declare, "I feel like I am on a roller coaster, up one moment, down the next."?

Intimacy in the spiritual is like effectiveness in the natural. There is no such thing as a highly, spiritually mature person who lacks intimacy with God.
