May Targeted Devotional Prayers

Father, thank You that You walk with us through the good and the bad. Thank you for being with us on the mountain tops and in the valley and that your commitment to us is always 100 percent. I pray you come and release your presence into our emotions, and draw us into a place of intimacy with you.  

Lord take each one of us to a place of rest, to a place where your presence so overwhelms us that our circumstances would diminish in power.  Where the comfort of the Holy Spirit would be so strong and so profound that we could be lifted above all those things that are attempting to rob us of peace and rest.

We are choosing to be still and live above the noise of our external world.  Thank you for your true rest.  Amen

My prayer is to trust in you completely and to quit relying on my own opinion.  I am choosing to surrender my life and turn from all external oppositions directly into your heartbeat. Lord, I want to live so closely with you, so intimate, so personal, that you trust me enough to share your thoughts. 

I have a bold, confident reliance on your character, promises, and power.  Thank you for being so trustworthy.  Help me to choose you in every circumstance of life that is thrown my way.  I know in choosing you in full surrender, you will in turn flood my whole heart and soul with your peace.

Lord, thank You, that I am Your Beloved and You are mine. Every morning as I rise, help me to feel Your pleasure over me. Let us share words of love to each other.  Let us partner together all throughout the day.

Overwhelmed with Your love I will sense Your mercy, grace, love, and extreme joy.  This leaves me breathless. I am overcome by You, for you have stolen My heart.  I am held hostage by your love.

Thank You Lord that your love for me is not based on my performance. You love Me, always; all the time. That amazes me, and I love You with all my heart. I want to hang out with you because I am undone by your love.

Lord, as I dwell in Your perfect love, fear is automatically crushed in my life. Thank you for this magnificent provision! Set up encounters with you and your perfect love that will flood my entire being.  Overwhelm me with a sense of your compassion and your perfect love. Fear is the opposite of love, so I pray that as perfect love obliterates fear, that you fill me with the power of shalom.

As I abide in you there is nothing that can touch me, there is nothing that can work against me. Help me to know that I crush things that get in my way, because I am yours. 

Flood me with the love of my Beloved Jesus, until I experience love so deeply in my heart, and as I stand strong against anything opposing me, I feel Your power rising up within me. I ask for a breakthrough from every assault against my mind. I pray faith will arise within me so profoundly, that I will see beyond the natural circumstances of my life, as you teach me how to see into the realm of the Spirit. 

Holy Spirit, release your joy and strength in me today. Every place in my life that is under the spirit of depression or discouragement, let your intoxicating spirit of joy and love invade that area and release a joy that is immeasurable. It’s your fruit, we simply just believe in it, and receive it.

We breathe You in.

Jesus, overwhelm me with your love and your presence. Let “every part of me is beautiful to You, and there is such beauty in me” move from my spirit to my soul, and flood my whole heart, my whole mind and my whole body.

 Increase my awareness of you, where I know I am your Beloved! Let me draw so near to you and you to me that there is no separation between us. I want to delight in our nearness in life union.

I will give you thanks and praise until my faith arises above what I can understand or control. It is surely all about YOU! Amen
