July Targeted Devotional Prayers

I will bless the Lord with all my soul, and I will never forget all your benefits towards me. I thank you for your goodness, your kindness, your faithfulness. Lord, there is no one like you. There is no one who cares for me the way you care for me. There is no one who protects me the way you protect me. There is no one who loves me the way you love me. 

Holy Spirit, I turn my heart of affections towards you, and I choose to magnify and exalt You, and I choose to live with a God-consciousness and be overwhelmed by you. Thank you Lord. Amen.

Lord, You have promised the gift of peace. Your peace. Not the kind of fragile peace given by the world, but your perfect peace.    It is peace of mind and heart!  

I know the world I live in creates anxiety and brings trouble, but thank you for helping me choose to live in your peace, then I won't be troubled nor afraid.  I am exchanging with you my trouble, fear and sorrows for your peace and rest. Help me to abide in your peace and rest.

God, you are such a safe and powerful place to find refuge! You are a proven help in times of trouble.   You are more than enough and always available whenever I need You.  I truly need you!  Amen.

Holy Spirit,  your goal is to see more and more of the nature of Jesus developed in me, while the goal of the enemy is to see more of his nature developed in us.  It is always my choice. 

Let me choose today to turn every tension into an opportunity to become more like our Beloved Jesus.

I want to stay in that place of your goodness and kindness.  I want to remain in life-union with You and from that place, ask, seek and knock, and the doors will be opened to me. 

Lord, Your timing is perfect and I trust you.  Prepare my heart to receive every open door you have for me.  Lord, let me be so aware of what you are doing around me.  Fine tune me to see life from your perspective.  I want your nature abiding in me.  

I am saying yes to your invitation of refreshing, resting relief, into an oasis of peace, and the quiet brook of bliss as we continue to walk together.   Amen.

Father, thank you for the gift of peace.  Your peace is far beyond any other peace offered.  It is not fragile, but perfect.  As I sit in Your loving arms, release refreshing peace and rest over my emotions and mind.  Dismiss all my anxiety and fear and worry and stress as I rest in You.

I am choosing to bring to you a sacrifice of praise in the middle of my craziness of life.  You are the faithful, kind, compassionate, merciful God.  I trust You to be my strength and sustain me.  Thank you that I am your forever Beloved. Amen.

Holy Spirit, teach me to see beyond the natural and into your realm.  Give me your perspective on what is happening in my life.  I know this will turn my fear to joy and defeat to triumph

Help me to always choose to magnify You in all of life.  I know magnification of You will make all my troubles very small.  Sometimes I feel like a grasshopper and my troubles are giants, but really with your perspective, You are the giant and my troubles are the grasshoppers.  Thank you for your perspective.

So Lord, today, I am placing the magnifying glass on you, and as You are the focus all my fears are gone.  Amen.
