July Targeted Devotional Prayers

Lord, release a hunger in our hearts for more and more and more; beyond anything we have ever experienced in our lives. I pray for a fulfillment and an enlargement of our hearts. Increase our capacity for You.  

As passionate hungry people, let this spirit of love expand in our hearts so we feel like we cannot take anymore. I pray for a passion for Your fullness to fill us up until we are wholly filled and flooded with God Himself. Thank You Lord, amen.

Lord, I pray the exact prophetic prayer that Paul prayed all those years ago for myself. It is a prayer that was birthed in your heart, that I would encounter and experience a love that is beyond knowledge and I would be wholly filled and flooded with God Himself.  

Holy Spirit, I have to know more than just this stuff that is in my head. I’ve got to have encounters that will transform me. I have to experience you in ways that reach deep within me and transform the way I think and the way I approach life.

Thank You for your presence that I get to encounter and experience for myself.  Amen.

Thank you for your presence.  Thank you that you are pursuing me; that you are after me.  I invite you to touch me again and to bless me.  I invite you to speak to my heart and to give me wonderful thoughts about who I am in your eyes. Draw me near, as I am ready to explore more chambers of your heart. Thank you Lord, amen. 

Father, I thank You that you walk with me through the good and the bad; on the mountain top and through the valley.   Your commitment to me is never less than 100% because that is who you are. 

I ask you to give me a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Jesus, so that I might know who you really are for me, so that I might know how you really see me, and that I would know what you have planned for me at this time. Thank you Lord, amen.

Lord, I am asking that you increase my capacity to receive a greater awareness and a greater intimacy with the Spirit of God in my life. I want to overflow with the Holy Spirit. I want to be a person that the Apostle Paul described in his prayer, who is wholly filled and flooded with God Himself.

Holy Spirit, I am amazed by You.  I love your presence within me. I love how you never leave nor forsake me.  I love how refreshed I feel when I am present with you.

So I am asking Holy Spirit, would you give me a fresh infilling of your presence? Would you please take the lid off my heart and cause your love to overflow in my life? Please come and do what you do best, inspire my heart to love Jesus at an even greater level.
