July Targeted Devotional Prayers

We love to praise You Jesus. We choose to praise in situations that oppose us, knowing it releases the power of breakthrough. As we praise You, Holy Spirit releases a greater zeal in our heart to know You more. The more we praise, the more we have encounters with Your Passion. We invite You Holy Spirit to ignite zeal and passion in our hearts for Him.

We love to be intoxicated by Your presence. Our praise produces sweet new wine full of intoxicating joy that destroys depression, crushes anxiety and sheds fear. Our praise brings the fire of Your presence where we experience Your glory and are consumed by You. Yes Jesus, consume us today as we offer You our sacrifice of praise. You are worthy Lord.

We are always accepted as Your Beloved. We receive Your acceptance as a gift through Your Son who lives inside of us. There is nothing that can separate us from Your love; this is a settled truth in our heart. 

Our heart will never be afraid no matter what we face because we know that You Lord are with us, so we will not be shaken. You will never leave us alone or loosen Your grip on our lives. You will never forget about us or lie to us. You never grow weary of carrying for us, loving us and embracing us. As we grab hold of these truths our trust in You rises in every situation we face.

We choose to rejoice in You always. We surrender our anxiety to You Lord. We choose to be silent and stop our striving so that we will see You through our circumstances. Thank You for using difficult times to our advantage. Thank You for revealing new pieces of Your nature and character to us through these circumstances we face. 

We feel safe in Your loving kindness. We rest in Your delight and joy in us. We relax into Your promises. We are thankful for Your gracious provisions. We long for our circumstances to make us more like You. We choose not to let our circumstances separate us from Your love for us or our testimony of who You are. Empower us by Your grace to step out of the old and into something new.

We fix our thoughts on all that is authentic and real, honorable and admirable, beautiful and respectful, pure and holy, merciful and kind. You empower us to think in a way that generates the power of obedience. You have given us rest on every side. It is in this rest that we live in our truest identity, holding to Your promises to us as we move forward in faith into what we cannot see. 

The one thing we crave from You, the one thing we seek above all else, is the privilege of living in constant awareness of Your presence. As we dwell in Your presence, we behold Your beauty and are overwhelmed by Your passion and love for us. In Your presence, we hear Your voice and know beyond a shadow of doubt that we are Your beloved.

Jesus we are eager to live Your faith rest life. When we step into Your rest, it displaces anything trying to oppose our peace. We choose to be anxious for nothing but in everything we give You thanks. 

You allow us to experience our greatest joy in the midst of our greatest difficulties. In our time of trouble, You hide us in the secret place that is visible but beyond the reach of the enemy. You set a table before us in the presence of our enemies. In every conflict You hide us and in every conflict You set a table for us. We are seated with You in heavenly places where rest is a tangible expression of Your presence. We collapse into You Jesus as You refresh us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
